Level-5 is holding its 2008
Level-5 Vision press conference today in Tokyo. Here's a little sum up of the event live.

Inazuma Eleven Break is full 3D, wide screen. The gameplay has been redone so that it can be played without a touch pen.

Inazuma Eleven 2 (
Nintendo DS) first trailer has been unveiled. In order to protect the world from alien invaders, the player must assemble the ultimate team. Release set for 2009 in Japan.

Level-5 has announced the birth of a new music label called Frame (Production is by Up-Front Works, sales are by King Records):
Inazuma Eleven Original Soundtrack, Professor Layton Original Soundtrack, T-Pistonz (a song from the new Inazuma Eleven), and
Inazuma Eleven anime ending theme Seishin Oden, sung by Twelv announced for the end of the year.

Ninokuni for the
Nintendo DS is a game where you make use of a book for playing, the stylus is considered to be your magic wand. The first trailer of the game has been unveiled. Animation by Studio Ghibli. The package comes in a giant box that contains the game and a full sized book. The game will have music from Jou Hisaishi.

Cardboard Senki (The Little Battlers) for the PSP first trailer unveiled. Gameplay footage shows the player customizing his LBX, from innards to body parts. So, the battles actually take place in boxes. The LBX units fight inside those boxes.

Ushiro for the PSP first trailer unveiled. Gameplay footage shows the Shinigami main character walking around town. The game appears to take place in real life Tokyo (Shibuya, etc.).

Level-5 has announced ROID (Revolutionary Original Ideas Discovery), a new online service.
Level-5 is considering butting many of its contents on the service, including the Layton series. The service will work with both PCs and cell phones. The site is a partnership with
Level-5, NTT DoCoMo,
Enterbrain! and Famitsu.
