Après avoir totalement réussi son coup avec LEGO Fortnite (qui tape des audiences à 2 millions de joueurs) et bien « démarré » avec Rocket Racing qui attend maintenant davantage de contenu, Epic Games continue de faire exploser le contenu de Fortnite avec un nouveau mode suffisamment travaillé, et naturellement développé par Harmonix.

Fortnite Festival est donc un rythme game dans la droite lignée du passif du studio (Guitar Hero, Rock Band) avec même la promesse d'une compatibilité avec les instruments dès l'année prochaine pour bien faire les choses.

En attendant, cette « Saison 0 » démarre avec 23 musiques gratuites, et 4 payantes directement intégrées dans un pass à environ 15 balles incluant quelques bonus dont un skin de The Weeknd.
