2nd Super Robot Taisen Z : Saisei-Hen (Regeneration Chapter) proposera plusieurs voies que le joueur devra choisir tout au long du jeu. Il faudra donc terminer le jeu plusieurs fois afin de le boucler à 100%. Le jeu proposera quatre chemins à suivre au départ après les trois chapitres de la prologue.
Le joueur rencontrera des méchas comme le Gundam Deathscythe, le Burai, et le Tetsujin 28 dans les trois chapitres après la prologue. Ensuite le jeu proposera de choisir entre quatre voies : Japon, Moyen-orient, Espace et Kumen. Peu importe le choix que le joueur fera, Esther sera toujours dans l'équipe avec son custom Brasta E.

Namco Bandai vient d'ajouter 2nd Super Robot Taisen Z Hakai-Hen sur le Playstation Store japonais, il est désormais disponible pour la somme de 7,330 yens (environ 70 euros) en dématérialisé.
Pour rappel, 2nd Super Robot Taisen Z Hakai-Hen est un jeu Playstation Portable développé par le studio Banpresto, il est la suite de Super Robot Taisen Z qui est sorti sur Playstation 2.
