L'affaire GeoHotz vs Sony étant close (un compromis a été trouvé entre les deux parties) cela n’empêchera pas Anonymous de continuer sa vendetta envers le groupe japonnais.
Dans un récent communiqué (visible sur YouTube), le collectif anonyme a annoncé plusieurs opérations à des niveaux de gravité différents. Tout d'abord un appel au boycott des produits Sony dans toutes leurs formes. Le 16 Avril prochain, des mobilisations sont prévues dans les boutiques de la firme dans le monde entier afin de protester, comme ils le disent, "contre les injustices perpétrées par la firme corrompue". Et enfin, sans doute la menace qui semble la plus importante, Anonymous mets en garde Sony contre "la plus grosse attaque qu'ils auront jamais connu".
Voilà vous êtes prévenu, si votre PS3 explose à l'allumage vous saurez qui sont les coupables.

Dans la dernière vidéo de gameplay d'Infamous 2 dans laquelle on peut voir Cole se battre contre différents boss du jeu, si on arrête la vidéo aux environs de 3:31sec, on y voit une devanture de magasin que l'on peut interpréter comme un petit hommage, un gentil tacle au sujet de la Xbox 360. Un journaliste de thegameraccess.com vient de recevoir son carton d'invitation pour la conférence de Sony révélant ainsi la date et l'heure de cette dernière:
Ainsi la conférence aura lieu le Lundi 6 Juin à 5h de l'après-midi basée sur l'heure de la côte Ouest des Etats-Unis soit le Mardi 7 Juin à 2h du matin en France

Le PlayStation 3 Magazine confirme qu'une très célèbre franchise de l'univers PlayStation sera dévoilée lors de l'E3.
"The current trend of classic games being remade in HD like Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia is set to continue with a major PS franchise set to reveal its new HD glory at E3. No clues. But you'll like it."
Sans aucuns indices supplémentaires hormis le fait que l'annonce sera normalement faite à l'E3, toutes les spéculations sont donc possibles.

Le GOTY 2011 (note pour les nerveux: c'est une appréciation personnelle), à savoir Batman Arkham City, se verra libéré de temps de chargement comme l'a annoncé Rocksteady à CVG. Une prouesse technique selon la même personne, puisqu'il faut se rappeler que cette suite aura une espace de jeu 5 fois plus grand que l'asile d'Arkham.
A propos du multijoueur, il est aussi confirmé qu'il n'y en aura pas, Rocksteady pensant que cela serait clairement défavorable au titre en plus de n'avoir aucun sens pour une expérience de jeu écrite pour le solo uniquement.

Techland vient de diffuser 3 screens de Dead Island mettant en scène le personnage de Sam, rappeur de son état.
