C'est quoi cette recette,il a la main lourde,c'est abusé

Quand j'en fais(c'est assez rare),il m'arrive de mettre un peu de bière ou encore du kirsch pour parfumer un peu.Et j'ai une petite préférence pour la farine de blé noir.
