-Zestiria is announced. We get a look at the main characters. Sorey is presented as the main protagonist right from the beginning alongside Alisha, who people assume is going to be the main heroine.
-For many months after the reveal Alisha is featured heavily in promotional material alongside Sorey, further cementing the thought that she's going to be the main heroine. Other characters are introduced in this time but a lot of focus is still on Sorey and Alisha.
-Game is released. Turns out that Alisha is removed from the story relatively early on in the game and doesn't come back until near the end. There was nothing suggesting she wouldn't be a part of the main party leading up to the game's release at all.
-Furthermore, a character named Rose is introduced who more or less takes Alisha's place in the story. Baba, the director of the series, is a very obvious fan of the VA he chose for her and people feel that he removed Alisha from the story in order to give Rose and her VA more plot relevance
-There's other clues that Alisha was removed late into development and actually intended to be the main heroine scattered throughout the game. For example, you can still buy her weapons in stores even though she's not with the part for a good 90% of the game
-They release a DLC episode later that's supposed to star Alisha, but Rose is shoehorned into that as well
-Baba's response to accusations is that they never said Alisha was the main heroine and that they revealed character in order of their importance. Which is clearly bullshit because Alisha was one of the first characters revealed while Rose was one of the last, and Rose objectively has more of a part in the story than Alisha does
-Rose's VA actually got down on her knees and apologized on stage to fans for "misleading" with them Rose because Baba wouldn't do it himself
>VA's favorite movie : Detective Conan - Assassin in the Eyes - (Alisha's DLC title: What Shows in the Eyes
>Which turned out to be Rose, an assassin
>VA's motto: I am me
>Rose's true name: Rose is Rose
>VA's favorite type of guy: A serious person with a rich heart
>Famitsu interview, Baba: "The theme of this time's story is the "richness of the heart" that everyone should have"
>Baba is called "Prince" by his surroundings
>Conan the Barbarian (Eiyuu Conan) -> Prince Conan (Eiyuu is Baba's first name, different pronunciation)
>Rose's in-game fiancee was Prince Conan
Ouais bon crisis core et The 3rd Birthday n'était pas spécialement convaincant non plus comme spin-off que ça soit pour le gameplay qui était assez répétitif après deux heures ou pour le scénario.
