Since Halo 3, the FPS world has changed a bit. The current trend among the top shooter games are classes, ranking, point systems, weapons and uniform upgrades. The Halo franchise is playing catch up in a few areas but not all. Halo Reach is Bungie's last Halo franchise. The rights to Halo franchise belong to Microsoft and before Bungie left Microsoft we saw two dull releases in Halo ODST and Halo Wars. Halo Reach helps us forget about those two dismal games. In order for Halo to remain relevant the franchise must embrace change. Halo must evolve. Microsoft can must not be afraid to rip Halo apart and reassemble it into something greater, something different. The changes presented with Halo Reach is a good start. Let's just hope Microsoft can continue to carry the torch. And to Bungie, we salute you for sharing your creativity and blessing us with your hard work and dedication to a franchise we have loved since 2001. We look forward to supporting your future projects.

Le dieu vivant Marty O'donnell, directeur audio et compositeur sur les Halo revient avec ses collègues sur le travail réalisé dans Halo Reach.

Cette vidéo montre un bout de cutscene et pas mal de gameplay,le tout commenté et joué par Martin O'donnell en personne,le fameux compositeur de la série,inutile de préciser aux fans que ça a l'air énorme,aussi bien au niveau de l'ambiance et de la mise en scène générale du jeu qui a été grandement amélioré

Certes,ce ne sont pas des sites connus mais ça permet tout de même d'avoir leurs ressentis sur le dernier volet de cette fabuleuse saga signé Bungie....

         This defines Halo and defines the genre as one of the best shooters around today, making everything work with the great gameplay, to the sound, voice acting, graphics, all the way to the ground breaking story. There is just so much to do with this game. You will have endless amounts of fun, details in everything in Reach. It’s a spectacular game that you don’t see very often and you will be playing it for a long, long time. It’s so close of being perfect it’s not even funny! The atmosphere is triumphant. There is no Halo killer this year that’s for sure.
         May Spartans stand tall. Show all your glory to one of the most beloved respected titles of the decade. Hail to the King Baby! This is 2can.

I have seen this game turn myself and a friend of mine into Halo believers.  It will convince those haters out there that Bungie and Halo are the real deal.  If you don't own an XBOX 360, Halo: Reach is a good enough reason alone to buy one.  If you are already a fan of the series, prepare to lose your job, lose your significant other, and forget that the Sun exists.  Halo: Reach is going to take over your life, and guess what... you won't feel bad about it.  This is a must buy for sure.

Voici les 15 premières minutes de la campagne solo d'Halo Reach. Inutile de préciser que ça spoil...et que le la planête Reach est envoutante



D'après les 1ers retours, tout le monde semble s'accorder à dire que c'est le meilleur Halo sortit à ce jour. Autant dire qu'un monument du FPS semble être en approche, début de réponse le 14 Septembre!!!
