Titanfall 2 - Comparatif sur la vitesse de déplacement

intéressant, un type sur Reddit s'est amusé à relevé les différence entre le 1 et le 2

Titanfall 1: Your speed accelerated during wallruns, starting at your run speed (~20kph) and capping at 2.0x run speed (~40kph). This took chaining two or more wallruns together, but this max speed could then be maintained indefinitely, as long as you continued chaining together wallruns and bunnyhops

Titanfall 2: Acceleration is gone, instead hitting a wallrun seems to instantly bump you up to 1.5x run speed (~30kph). When you boost yourself out of the wallrun, you immediately go to 2.0x run speed (~40kph) while airborn. This drops back down to 1.5x if you hit another wallrun, or 1.0x if you land on the ground (bunnyhops can keep you in the air at 2.0x)

This results in the strange clunky feeling we are getting. As you try to chain wallruns together, you are jerking between 30kph and 40kph, being faster in the air and slower on the wall. Whereas in the original title, you would maintain a consistent, smooth 40kph (and getting there was a smooth-feeling acceleration)

tldr;

T1 ground = up to 20 kph
T1 wallrun = up to 40 kph
T1 airborn = up to 40 kph
T2 ground = 20 kph
T2 wallrun = 30 kph
T2 airborn = 40 kph
FOV reduced, creating illusion of slowness

(airborn being when jumping out of a wallrun)

There are things you can do to get your top speed to spike a bit higher for a split second, but these are roughly the speeds that you will actually be moving at.

bakanda oui pareil, Respawn en avait deja parlé mais avec des chiffres c'est mieux.le coup du FOV je ne l'avais pas vu venir par contre lol
faut vraiment qu'ils corrigent tout ca......et qu'ils rajoutent des murs aux cartes

infel2no Apparement c' est uine équipe B assez minime ( équipe réstreinte qui était présents sur TF1 ) qui est sur TF2. la majeure partie de l' équipe est sur le jeu Star Wars qu' ils développent. Mais vont faut voir els corrections qu' ils vont apporter.

teeda yep j'ai lu cette rumeur aussi. je pense que si c'est vrai, la team 1 va vite courir les aider et les sortir de ce naufrage lol

infel2no ok pour descendre le FOV sur un jeu solo pour que ça faire du blingbling mais en multi descendre autant le FOV c'est du foulage de gueule en plus de foutre de côté une minorité de joueurs dont moi.

Franchement le un était bon... Mais le deux je le sens pas.

ashern Respawn n'est pas d'accord pour le fov, selon eux c'est 70

C'est la crise chez respawn mais au moins, ils communiquent avec leur fan, je viens d'assister a une conv sur reddit

Unless there's a bug, FOV should still be 70, just like R1. How did you arrive at that number?

Lol tu m'étonnes que ceux qui ne faisait que courrir sur le sol ne voyait pas la différence de vitesse entre le 1 et le 2... Ah la la... ^^'. En tout cas ça fait plaisir que ce qui m'avait fait accrocher au 1er titanfall soit en grand débat chez Respawn
