Je vais dire Kenshin même si j'aime beaucoup d'autres mangas comme ceux que tu as cité.

Dragon Ball Z meilleur mangas de touts les temps (souvent copié JAMAIS egalé),Saint Seiya (mangas culte de chez culte), apres il y en a plein du genre City Hunter, Ranma 1/2 etc...

Death note est une une bouse incomensurable, pour ma part je le réfère au mouvement Tecktonik des mangas.
Sinon en anime préférez je diraits Gundam Seed
