The only thing this game has going are some bubbly fun menus.
2.0 Graphics
Good god. Ever heard of style? How about quality? There was a chance
to upgrade with this new version. Upgrade. Upgrade.
5.0 Sound
Average is as average does.
4.0 Gameplay
There's very little here to recommend. The interface needs a lot of help
and the game really slow. Too much hand-holding make for no
challenge.
5.0 Lasting Appeal
If you can stand to play the game for more than a couple of hours,
there's quite a few scenarios and sandbox mode for those uninterested
in meeting specific goals.
