G-News: Gundam Seed HD Remaster Project to Launch

In honor of the 10th anniversary of the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed television anime, a high-definition “remaster project” is launching. Details of the remastering, including release date and price, have yet to be revealed. Mitsuo Fukuda, director of the original Gundam Seed anime, noted on his Twitter account that an official announcement about the release will come on August 26 — the official release date of the October issue of Kadokawa Shoten’s Monthly Gundam Ace magazine. Fukuda thanked fans for the congratulatory comments on his Twitter page about the release, but he also expressed his disappointment that the news was leaked early.

The latest information about the Gundam franchise will unveiled at the Chara Hobby 2011 event on August 28 in Chiba Prefecture.

J'ai du mal à voir l'intérêt, ce n'est pas comme si l'anime était si vieux que ça...
Ils devraient plutôt refaire Zeta, la série Gundam à mon sens.

Ce serais bien qu'un jour il refasse AWGX pour enfin conclure la série avec la fin quelle mérite.
M'enfin, faut me dire l'intérêt de cette remasterisation d'une série qui date de 2002/2004. Sachant que le DVD rend vraiment bien avec la PS3.

ah une belle news car je suis fan de Seed. Mais quid Destiny ?

Par contre j'espère que l'animation japonaise ne va trop pas s'engouffrer dans le remaking HD (comme DBZ kai) et tout ressortir en HD au détriment de nouvelles séries qui ne pourraient pas voir le jour du coup.

furtifdor : non merci, les WING c'est juste la pire série Gundam que j'ai vu, avec une Relenna des plus raté (si elle pouvait mourir

ce serait merveilleux

) et des héros à jeté (seul Duo le petit comique est sympa). L'intérêt de cette série : design des mecha, Treize, Lady une et Milliardo .

qu'il refasse g gundam en entier lol
