Regarding the English and their language, I sincerely believe that you could not teach me much about my native language that I do not already know and I'd love to see you try. You say that you want to stop the beautiful French language from rotting away in its corner, yet, you insist on correcting grammar mistakes made by the French themselves. This is why the English language will continue to grow and flourish! Because we do not care for grammar, we do not learn grammar at school because there are so many other interesting things to be doing. If you want the French language to live on, maybe you should take a leaf out of the English book. Why do you think that Shakespeare is so much more well known than Molière? Why is Dickens more read than Zola? Personally I have read a lot of French and English literature and have found that the only French writer I like is Hugo.
