La publicité trône depuis plusieurs jours le long d'une route de Palerme, en Sicile. On peut y voir Adolphe Hitler en uniforme rose, accompagné du slogan "Cambia il tuo stilo, don't follow your leader" (Change ton style, ne suis pas ton chef).
