Hunter Name: Samus Aran

Description:
Samus Aran is well-known throughout the galaxy as an efficient and experienced bounty hunter. Few other hunters can compete with Samus' long history of successful missions, most of which were carried out against insurmountable odds. The majority of fans will know Samus best, of course. Ever since her debut in the original Metroid, Samus has been a symbol of the Metroid franchise. Of course, nowadays, her deep dark secret (of being a hot babe in a suit) is out in the open, though she is newly joined with six other hunters that each have secrets of their own. Samus will most assuredly be the first choice for all players on launch day, at least for a round or two.


Hunter Name: Kanden
Race: Unknown
Modes: Biped, Stinglarva
Weapon of Choice: Volt Driver

Description:
A lab experiment gone awry, Kanden was created to be the ultimate soldier. However, stress from the neural combat encoding sequences was more than Kanden's still-mortal brain could handle and left him ferocious, deadly and dangerously unpredictable. Aside from the information listed here, Kanden is still a very mysterious character. Though we aren't sure of which race Kanden belongs, it is safe to assume he is some sort of evolution from the Stinglarva. When seeing this guy in action some players will fall instantly in love, as his non-biped form is one of the best we've seen thus far.


Hunter Name: Spire
Race: Diamont
Modes: biped, Dialance
Weapon of Choice: Magmaul

Description:
Spire is thought to be the sole remaining Diamont, an ancient race of silicon-based lifeforms whose bodies are composed of organic rock. Spire travels the galaxy as a bounty hunter searching for information on the location, or fate, of the rest of his people. Spire is an amazingly interesting character. While his biped form is one of the largest in the game, his transformation is awesome. Players will find that transforming from biped to Dialance will be a great technique, as Spire's external anatomy doubles as a wrecking ball. Work him from a distance if you expect to survive.


Hunter Name: Weavel
Race: Space Pirate
Rank: General
Modes: Biped, Halfturret
Weapon of Choice: Battlehammer

Description:
Once a powerful Space Pirate General, Weavel was critically wounded during an altercation between the Space Pirates and Samus Aran. With just his brain and spinal cord still functional, his body was fused with a mobile life support system. Weavel brings a great presence to the other hunters. While there isn't much we can say about Weavel at this point, we have gotten a hint at his troubled past. There aren't many players out there that won't want to give this warrior a few rounds. What better way to take out Samus than with a Battlehammer wielding madman that was nearly destroyed by Aran herself?


Hunter Name: Trace
Race: Kriken
Modes: Biped, Triskelion
Weapon of Choice: Imperialist

Description:
Trace is a Krinken, one of the most hated and feared races in the galaxy. Every Krinken, when he reaches a certain age, is exiled by its clan for a rite of passage. Trace is currently in exile, traveling the galaxy looking for planets to expand the Krinken empire. This insect-like gladiator may be the strangest of all the hunters, though he packs a huge punch in the arena. His Triskelion form is fast, and as a biped, he can go toe-to-toe with the rest of them. Information on his preferred weapon, known as the Imperialist, has been revealed only to a handful of hunters at this time.


Hunter Name: Noxus
Race: Vhozon
Modes: Biped, Vhoscythe
Weapon of Choice: Judicator

Description:
Noxus is a member of the Vhozon, a proud and reclusive race that inhabit the outer rim of the galaxy. A spiritual being who walks a harsh, righteous path, Noxus has become a bounty hunter to administer justice to the galaxy's criminals and evildoers. Though Noxus seems to be a chaotic good classification of fighter, destroying all evil no matter what the cost, little is known of his reason for entering the multiplayer arenas. Though there seems to be no apparent reason for his hatred towards Samus, only progression through story mode will reveal all the details. Noxus' weapon of choice, known as the Judicator, unleashes a strong grenade-launcher attack. We've seen it in action, and it packs a serious punch.


Hunter Name: Sylux
Race: Unknown
Modes: Biped, Lockjaw
Weapon of Choice: Shock Coil

Description:
Little is known about the mysterious bounty hunter known as Sylux, other than the fact that Sylux harbors an intense hatred for the Galactic Federation and the bounty hunter who has helped the federation time and time again - Samus Aran. Character origin, weapon preference specifications, and Lockjaw attack abilities have yet to be seen as well.
