A savoir que le jeu dispose d'un auto lock qui dispose de deux réticules dont une en mouvement pour simuler le trenblement du bras de Sam ficher.
La caméra est manuelle et se dirige avec la stick de la PSP.

Jeuxvideo.com test Battles of Prince of Persia un jeu de strategie sur DS qui s'annoncait mal mais il se récolte une bonne note et en plus JV.com est assez sévere en se moment :

Graphismes Clairement décevant de ce côté-là, Battles Of Prince Of Persia ne fait pas vraiment honneur à une DS normalement bien plus convaincante en matière de 2D. Exposant des personnages sans caractère et des armées de clones manquant de détails, il tranche nettement avec la réputation plastique de ses grands frères. Néanmoins, les animations demeurent particulièrement bien décomposées, laissant entrevoir un travail conséquent sur ce point.

Jouabilité Version assez limitée du genre T-RPG, le titre d'Ubisoft manque quelque peu de profondeur malgré des idées très intéressantes. Empruntant des innovations de certains grands noms du genre tout en les mélangeant à de vraies notions originales, le gameplay de ce PoP nouveau diffuse un plaisir de jeu assez imposant. Même si l'on bute parfois sur des points perfectibles, on s'immerge facilement dans des principes prenants.

Durée de vie Retraçant pratiquement l'ensemble de la saga, Battles Of Prince Of Persia vous confrontera à de nombreuses batailles, dont certaines ont été passées sous silence dans la trame générale de la série. De plus, vous pourrez vous adonner à des batailles en multijoueur, confrontant votre armée à celle d'un ami à l'aide du mode sans-fil. Et si cela ne vous paraît pas suffisant, vous pourrez toujours pratiquer des échanges de cartes parmi les 200 disponibles.

Bande son Les compositions s'avèrent totalement en accord avec l'ambiance du jeu et disposent d'une qualité sonore très acceptable. Il est aisé de se plonger dans le titre grâce à cette aide précieuse. Néanmoins, le titre manque clairement de voix digitalisées et d'effets sonores suffisamment profonds pour convaincre totalement. Dommage. 14/20

Note Générale Surprenant à bien des égards, Battles Of Prince Of Persia est l'un de ces jeux pas forcément exceptionnel, mais qui parvient à susciter une sorte de sympathie sincère. Loin d'être l'égal d'un T-RPG comme Fire Emblem, il amène suffisamment de nouveautés et d'âme pour dévoiler une vraie honnêteté et des qualités évidentes. Certes, il n'est pas le jeu à acheter obligatoirement en cette fin d'année sur DS, mais il pourrait peut-être vous faire chavirer.

4.0 Presentation
Even with the different races, cars, and challenges to unlock, it's incredibly easy to get lost due to lazy menu systems. There's very little fanfare after a win to get excited and move on.
5.5 Graphics
A tremendous step back from Underground 2 on the DS. It's still a smooth 30 FPS, but these are some of the blandest car textures ever. Play in first person mode and it looks acceptable. Barely.
4.5 Sound
Generic hip-hop lacks heart, and in some cases will drive you batty. Car horns and engines are not the real deal.
4.0 Gameplay
Chunky steering control makes things feel entirely robotic. Computer AI opponents can't hide their artificial behavior...they follow some really rigid paths.
5.5 Lasting Appeal
If you can withstand the bland, sluggish gameplay, there's enough challenge here to last an acceptable amount of time.

It's impossible not to notice how badly the story is executed here. Cut-scenes fail to make much sense of what's going on. Menu system helps to sort out the bevy of multiplayer options.
8.0 Graphics
Despite being obscenely shiny, the graphics remain impressive and animate extremely well. Strange color palette in some areas.
8.5 Sound
Voice acting is weak and the Deathmatch announcer needs to go, but amazing gun sounds and a few excellent music tracks more than make up for it.
8.0 Gameplay
Single player may be dated, but the multiplayer is fresh and fast. The co-op is definitely worth your while. Expect to spend most of your time online.
9.0 Lasting Appeal
It's hard to imagine anything better in terms of replay value. If you've got an Xbox Live account you'll be playing this game for a long time to come.
