voila jai une ps3 40go je veux la booster jei remplacer mon dd 40 go par un 120 go et je veux savoir si on peut utiliser un lecteur de carte externe pour la ps3 40 go

Oui c'est possible pour le lecteur de carte externe(j'ai testé chez moi).
