Q: What is the official release date?
A: October 27, 2009
Q: Will the game ship on 2 discs?
A: Yes it will. Some of the cars and tracks will likely require a hard drive install to be available.
Q: Will there be multi-scree setups?
A: Yes. According to the pit pass you can even upgrade your cockpit to include hydraulics on your chair now.
Q: Will there be SUV's and Classic old cars?
A: Yes
Q: Will cars flip in FM3?
A: Yes
Q: Will the AI make any random mistakes like in Grid?
A: Dan described the AI as a reactionary AI. If you pressure an AI for a few corners they're likely to react to that pressure and make a mistake. The harder difficulty the less likely the AI makes a mistake where you can then pass them.
Q: Will there be F1 cars?
A: No
Q: What will be the maximum number of cars in a multiplayer race?
A: 8
Q: Will the UK be getting a LE game?
A: Yes apparently October 23rd too even earlier than the U.S.
Q: Has the garage been changed?
A: Yes. It's been said that the garage is much faster now. The entire UI has been re-done to match the style of this forum, with "a clean white background and gray and orange trim". The hands-on description from E3 from one of the 'special project' people said that you select your car from the garage, then it takes you to a new screen to select the color.
