Selon le magazine finlandais PELIT, Bethesda Softworks travaillerait actuellement sur une nouvelle extension pour son titre The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion. Connue sous le nom de Shivering Isles, cette extension serait, selon les premières informations, bien plus importante que Knights of the Nine.
